How to apply with the Mail in Application service:
Step 1 – Book an appointment.
Send a mail to info.MIA@vfshelpline.com with your passport details, purpose of travel, phone number, Email, number of applications and location. You will be contacted by a member of our staff within 1 working day, except on public holidays.
Step 2 – Confirm your appointment.
A VFS Global team member will contact you to discuss your requirements, document prerequisites, location, and service fee. You will then receive confirmation for your appointment.
Step 3 – Submit your application to our team
VFS Global Courier partner visits your location at the scheduled time and date to pick up your prepared application documents for onward delivery to the Application center for processing.
Step 4 – Stay informed about the progress of your application.
You will receive an email update about your application when your application is received at the Korea Visa Application Center and when decision has been returned to the Visa Application Centre. You will then receive your passport via the courier service.
